Alicante, August 30, 2024.- The Third Section of the Provincial Court of Alicante has confirmed the acquittal of a driver accused of the crime of homicide due to serious recklessness, understanding that it has not been proven that he was the elderly man who drove. He died three weeks later from injuries sustained in the accident.
