Until February 29, 2024, the application for the new edition of the first practically oriented one continues Kaufland-UNSS Business Academy, organized by the retail leader in partnership with the largest economic university in our country. The unique joint educational project started on March 12, 2024 with an updated program, the possibility of a longer internship in the company and a higher stipend for those who successfully complete all components of the Academy.

The online form is only available until the end of February on the company’s career page: kaufland.bg/business-academy, and those wishing to become part of the second season of the Kaufland-UNSS Business Academy must also submit an up-to-date resume. In the application process, the young people selected after a review of the applications will be invited to an interview at the Central Office of Kaufland Bulgaria.

Kaufland-UNSS Business Academy is designed for third- and fourth-year students and masters from UNSS who have the ambition to passed through in-depth specialized training, followed by a paid practical part in various departments at the headquarters of the German company in our country. All students who have attended at least 80% of the mandatory 15 lectures, participated in the business cases and successfully completed their internship will also receive a scholarship in the amount of BGN 2,500, as well as a certificate of pre-graduate internship. An additional scholarship of BGN 1,000 awaits 10 of the most talented young people, ranked on the basis of predetermined criteria, described on the career page of Kaufland Bulgaria.

The Business Academy’s innovative program focuses on building practical skills in line with current business trends and challenges. It includes 15 lectures, divided into 6 thematic modules, which cover all key aspects of the business environment in our country. Students receive complex knowledge – from planning and programming in a highly competitive environment, through the implementation of orders on the market and building a brand identity, to the maintenance and development of a large team. One of the advantages of the Business Academy is the opportunity to develop real business solutions based on real business cases. The program also provides for an internship in the company lasting two months, which is fully tailored to the employment and needs of the participants. After the exceptional success of the first edition of the Kaufland Business Academy – UNSS, 1/3 of its participants continued their career development in the company.
