The Art of Understanding Lover Movie Finally Releases Poster and Trailer

The romantic comedy drama film, The Art of Understanding a Lover, has finally launched its official poster and trailer.
The poster features Elang El Gibran as Agus and Febby Rastanty as Kalis, taking shelter from the rain while looking at each other with expressions full of happiness. With a roadside bookstore in the background and a motorbike in the front, the poster depicts Agus and Kalis’ love story full of simplicity.
The film also stars Sisca Saras, Devina Aureel, Yusril Fahriza, Beni Siregar, and Desy Genoveva. Directed by Jeihan Angga, who previously directed ’Mecca I’m Coming’ and was selected for the 2021 Maya Cup event.
“The Art of Understanding a Lover invites the audience to better understand Indonesian culture,” said Jeihan Angga. ”Although it’s a comedy drama, the film is rich in Indonesian cultural values, using Javanese as its dialogue and set in Solo and Yogyakarta.”
The film is adapted from the book “An Art to Understand Lovers” by Agus Mulyadi and tells the story of the love journey between Agus Mardiasih.
