The National Assembly held its session this Wednesday, July 24, at the Main Port on the occasion of the 489th anniversary of the beginning of the founding process of the city. The ceremony was held in the Technological Business University of Guayaquilin the north of the city.

The President of the Assembly, Henry Kronflenoted that “it is crucial” to leave behind “conflicts and confrontations” and invited the authorities to focus on what really matters: “the well-being of our people, the governability and stability of the country.”
“As an Ecuadorian and Guayaquil citizen, I call for unity, dialogue and joint work,” added the head of the Legislative, an organization with which the President of the Republic, Daniel Noboahas also had confrontations.
The mayor of Guayaquil, Achilles Alvarezattended this event. The official arrived accompanied by the councilor Raul Chavez and the assembly members of the Citizen Revolution, Victoria Desintonio y Viviana Veloz.

His daughter, Hilda Murilloreceived the recognition.
