The tender for the two-year period 2021/2022 worth 340 thousand euros is late

AOSTA. The Ansa agency will deal for another two months with the journalistic information service in the press entrusted by the Region. The extension was decided to have the time to investigate the economic offer made by an operator in response to the tender open for the two-year period 2021/2022.

Periodically, the regional administration activates a call for tenders to entrust its information service through the pages of the regional website. Ansa also won the tender valid for last year. At the end of 2020, the regional council ordered a new procedure worth 340 thousand euros through the Central Single Client to identify the operator who would continue the service in the current and next year.

The process, however, suffered two setbacks. On the contrary, the health emergency has slowed down the procedures, so the assignment of the service to the National Associated Press Agency has undergone a first extension. Then, upon opening the envelopes of the two competing operators, the best offer was deemed “abnormally low”. The Central Single Commissioning Office and the Single Process Manager have decided to ask for clarification on the price items and to “verify compliance with the minimum wage rate provided by the journalistic CCNL” before proceeding with the award. Hence the need to extend the assignment to Ansa for another two months, until May 31st.
