Argentine Vice President Cristina de Kirchner escaped an attack in Buenos Aires. The aggressor
Investigators are trying to identify the motive for the attack. The attacker was arrested by the police after being blocked by the security of the vice president. This is Fernando Andres Sabag Montiel, a 35-year-old Brazilian resident for some time in Argentina, with a history of illegal carrying of sidearms.
In 2021, a knife over 30 centimeters long was seized, found in his car, stopped while it was driving without a license plate. On that occasion he reported that he worked for a telephone company
and he defended himself by saying that his car had no license plate due to an accident that took place a few days earlier.
Now Sabag Montiel is registered in the “free urban and suburban passenger car transport service, which includes special urban services such as charter and contract services”. Basically he makes deliveries and accompaniments with a Peugeot, the only thing left as an inheritance from his Argentine mother.
In his Instagram profile he defines himself as a «Christian», And his account is dominated by images that portray him alone: in front of the mirror, in the gym, showing off tattoos. On his left elbow he wears a black sun, a “schwarze sonne” esoteric symbol that the Nazis used as an amulet of the strength of the Aryan race. His various social media accounts have now been deactivated. On Facebook he followed hate and radicalized groups but also Masonic groups such as “Satanic Communism”, “Hermetic Occult Sciences” and “Coach Antpsychopaths”.
Montiel has appeared twice on CrónicaTV: in a street interview he questioned the government’s social plansalso calling into question the experience of his girlfriend, captured while she was preparing cotton candy in the street with her cart. In another interview he made it clear that he did not like «nor Milei (the leading deputy of the ultra-right movement, ed) born Kirchner».

Kirchner on trial
Kirchner was targeted on her way home from court: she’s in the middle of a bribery trial: is accused of abusing her authority to award public contracts to Lazaro Antonio Baez, owner of a construction company, during her two presidential terms, from 2007 to 2015.
On August 22, a federal prosecutor demanded that Kirchner be sentenced to 12 years in prison and banned from holding public office indefinitely. Since then, hundreds of her supporters have gathered outside her home in protest.
