In this case, it should be ensured that no innocent person is subjected to any kind of harassment.
The chairman said that the Commission has already appointed the Director (Complaints and Investigations) (District and Sessions Judge) to investigate and determine the actual situation of violence. An inquiry committee headed by Ashraful Alam has been formed. The committee will review and analyze a wide range of damage and casualty data. The investigation report will also mention the investigation and discovery of how the non-violent movement of the students has gradually created sabotage and the current issues to be done to deal with the conflict. The committee was constituted on July 21 and will submit its report within 7 working days.

According to the information received from the hospital, 6 students are among the 240 infected. Outside of the students, there are a variety of young and middle-aged people. During the visit to the police hospital, the delegation observed the condition of the policemen. After the visit, the chairman said that everyone has the right to life. Many policemen have been subjected to brutality and human rights violations in the line of duty, which is very distressing. We saw marks of brutal beatings, head injuries with rods, bullet wounds and stitches on the bodies of the injured. The commission has learned that three policemen have already been killed. The Commission called for proper measures to ensure better treatment and protection of police personnel.
