The Perovskiy District Court of Moscow found Zhafar Borovkov guilty of causing grievous bodily harm and moderate bodily harm in the case of beating up Anton Fetisov, director of the public relations department of the Spartak Moscow football club. He was given a suspended sentence of two and a half years in prison.
“By partial addition of punishments, finally appoint Borovkov a punishment in the form of two years and six months of imprisonment. On the basis of Article 73 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the punishment is considered conditional with a probationary period for two years, ”the court told TASS.
The attack on Mr. Fetisov took place in May in Moscow, after the incident, the PR-director of “Spartak” was in intensive care. Zhafar Borovkov was under house arrest after his arrest.
