The Authorities Council adopts a draft decree granting the incapacity card
Rabat – The Authorities Council, assembly Thursday in Rabat, adopted draft decree No. 2.22.1075 referring to the granting of the incapacity card, bearing in mind the remarks raised, offered by the Minister of Solidarity, Social Integration and the Household, Aawatif Hayar.
This undertaking is carried out in software of framework regulation No. 97.13 referring to the safety and promotion of the rights of individuals with disabilities, by adopting a progressive method within the implementation of its provisions, indicated the Minister Delegate accountable for Relations with Parliament, authorities spokesperson, Mustapha Baitas, throughout a press briefing following the Council.
