The authorities of 11 states have filed a lawsuit against the introduction by the administration of US President Joe Biden of mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 for employees of large companies. About it reported Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt.

Missouri, Arizona, Nebraska, Iowa, Arkansas, Montana, New Hampshire, South Dakota, North Dakota, Alaska and Wyoming are members of the coalition of states that have opposed mandatory vaccinations and called for an end to the procedure, he said.

As Schmitt noted, the lawsuit against the Biden administration was filed with the aim of “stopping the unconstitutional abuse of power by the federal government.”

On Thursday, November 4, the White House announced that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA, part of the US Department of Labor) has ordered all nationwide companies with more than 100 employees to vaccinate their employees against coronavirus by January 4 next year, or to require the unvaccinated employees take a negative coronavirus test at least once a week. As noted by The New York Times, the rules will affect about 84 million employees, of which approximately 31 million are not vaccinated.

The US authorities have named vaccines against COVID-19, which will be allowed into the country
