The pilot plan is open to any type of company and at least five people must take advantage of the reduction in working hours. Each company will receive 15,000 initial euros to start it up.

For each worker who takes advantage of the company will have a subsidy of 5,000 euros the first year and 2,500 the second and third. The maximum aid per company is 200.000 euros.
