Demography is irrevocable. In 2030, people over 65 are expected to outnumber people under 20. Faced with this challenge, Emmanuel Macron had promised a “old age” law. Delayed many times, it ended up buried after the Covid for budgetary reasons. This Tuesday, April 11, on the other hand, arrives at the Assembly a short bill carried by the majority, providing for the creation of a professional card for old age professions, mobility aids, etc. Two of the 14 articles are dedicated to ordering umpteenth information reports.
