Valimai is an action movie starring Ajith. The film is directed by H. Vinod, who has directed hit films like Chess Hunt, Deeran Adhikaram One and Nerkonda Parvai. Bonnie Kapoor, husband of late actress Sridevi, is teaming up with Ajith for the second time following the film ‘Nerkonda Parvai’.
The film stars Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi opposite Ajith and Telugu actor Karthikeyan as the villain. Also Yogibabu and Cook with Clown fame have been cast in comedy roles.
Jayasudha plays Ajith’s mother. Neerav Shah is the cinematographer and Dilip Subramanian is the stunt master. The film is composed by Ghibran and Yuvan Shankar Raja. Ajith plays the role of Arjun, a police officer in the film.
