Although it looks like for Like a Dragon Gaiden, Kiryu wants to delete his name
One of the surprises we have had in this Summer Game Fest comes from SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio. And although we already had a new series listed with Yakuza 8 on our radar, the surprise of the fans of the saga has been great when we have seen a new iteration. This delivery, which comes with the tagline of The Man Who Erased His Nameputs us in the shoes of a noble and fair Kiryu, but it is obvious that he hides something important that he does not want to reveal.
Along with typical characters from the saga, we have different ones that will be the nemesis of our protagonist. In addition to these new additions, we have been able to glimpse for a few seconds new attack styles for our secretive hero, which will bring a new layer of depth to a playable system. This new form of attack comes with his agent appearance, a hidden face that we had not seen until now. By the way, we will return to the direct combatwithout the turns that its predecessors have like Yakuza: Like a Dragon o Like a Dragon 8.
It won’t be long before we see Kiryu in action in Like a Dragon Gaiden. On November 9th we will be able to enjoy its extravagances, exploration, mini-games and history on the Xbox, PlayStation and PC family.
