Smotrich Storm: All the foreign ministers of the Gulf countries addressed the American Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and condemned the latest statements of the Minister of Finance Bezalel Smotrich. They referred to the things said by him regarding Hawara and the non-existence of the Palestinian people.

Jassim Muhammad Al-Budaiwi, Secretary General of the Council for Cooperation among the Gulf States, confirmed the appeal to the American official. The Council’s statement stated that the Palestinian issue remains the priority of the Arabs and Muslims. The foreign ministers also expressed support for the “sovereignty of the Palestinian people On all the lands occupied in 1967, the establishment of an independent Palestinian state and the guarantee of their rights.”
They demanded that the Americans take responsibility regarding the response to Smotrich’s words. “We face the possibility of greater violence if the Palestinian issue is not resolved. We emphasize the need for Israel to adhere to international decisions and avoid unilateral decisions,” the Saudi foreign minister noted.
