The First Section of the Bizkaia Court has decided to revoke the dismissal agreed by the Investigative Court 3 of Bilbao regarding the crime of homicide attributed to a man who has already been convicted of attempted homicide and has other open cases for similar events. It is the second time that the Bizkaia Court has revoked a dismissal of a case against this man. Last September, he ordered the Investigative Court 6 of Bilbao to continue investigating the death of a man in September 2021 and the alleged involvement of this person in it.
