“The BJP government will be exposed by the Agni Path project among the people” – Reasons for Seeman | Seeman on Agnipath

by time news

Chennai: Seeman, the chief co-ordinator of the Naam Tamil Party, said, “The BJP government, which is politicizing the day by saying ‘country’, ‘country’, is sure to expose to the people the slogan of defending the country through the Agni Path project alone.”

He issued a statement in this regard: “The new practice of recruiting troops for the Indian Army’s trio, based on a four-year mission, has caused a great deal of controversy across the country, and the consequences are daunting.”

It is highly reprehensible that the BJP’s ruling elites, who tried to silence the people by waving their arms at the soldiers stationed at the border whenever the people fought against the catastrophic plans of the eight – year rule of the BJP, are now plotting to undermine the value of the soldiers.

Both men and women between the ages of 17.5 and 21 can join the three forces if they have the required education and fitness to join the Indian Army; However, the federal government’s announcement that their tenure will be fixed at 4 years on a contract basis and that 75 per cent of them will be laid off at the end of their tenure with a financial assistance of 11-12 lakh rupees is a bad administrative premise.

It is a vicious practice to pay for the expulsion of young men who join the army with the commitment and sacrifice to defend the country’s borders within four years.

The announcement by the federal government to embrace the dream of millions of young people who are training and trying to serve in the army is a huge slip in the military security operation, considering joining the three forces is a boon to the country.

Already, in the face of rising unemployment in the country, the federal government’s short-sighted approach to recruiting young people into the military on a contract basis, like a private company, by the age of 25 in four years shows. Young people who are released from military service have the problem of becoming unemployed and their higher education being completely affected as they are unable to continue their education due to old age.

When young people who have been trained in the military and have a strong interest in the field are fired from their jobs at a young age, it can lead to frustration and misguidance. In doing so, they could become hostile to the security of the country and have dire consequences.

Condemning the plan, youths from northern states, including Bihar, Haryana, Jharkhand and Rajasthan, have been embroiled in a frenzy of violence, with public property in various states being damaged and the BJP’s ruling elite keeping quiet and enjoying the unrest in the country.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, the son of the Union Minister, are the rulers of this country, who, despite mounting a vehicle on the peasants and fighting vigorously for the rights of the people across the country, face the extraordinary circumstances of the country, shatter the pride of India’s memory and smile at the international community.

The reasons taught by the ruling elites that the primary purpose of the ‘Agni Path’ project is to reduce the army’s pension expenditure and save the country’s finances are absurd. It is ridiculous for the ruling BJP regime to claim that it will reduce military spending amid eight years of tyrannical rule that have devastated the country’s economy, slashed privileges and tax breaks for individual employers, increased inflation, pushed inflation to unprecedented highs and subjected ordinary people to daily misery.

It would be foolishness on the part of the country to quantify the reduction of economic spending when making the most important decisions regarding the sovereignty of the country and border security. It is certain that this project alone will expose to the people the slogans of defending the country, the great people of the central government who say ‘country’, ‘country’ and make political news day by day.

Therefore, on behalf of the Tamil Party, we urge the Central Government to immediately abandon the new system of ‘Agni Path’, which has been brought in to recruit personnel for the Indian Army, to end the extraordinary situation prevailing in the country. “
