Sports fever is taking over the Mifi department in Cameroon! The 11th edition of the FESTI-SPORTS DE L’EMERGENCE holiday championship promises to set Bafoussam and its surroundings alight from July 27, 2024. A spectacular initiative led by Professor Pascal Nguihe Kante, which combines sport and local development.

An enticing program for an effervescent youth

The kick-off of this major event will be given by a sports walk from 6am in the main streets of Bafoussam. Thrill seekers will not be left out with the launch of hand and combat sports at the city’s multi-sports complex.

The highlight of the day? An opening football match at the Ngouache stadium at 2 p.m., which already promises to get the stands buzzing!

Behind this major sports initiative is a man with many hats: Professor Pascal Nguihe Kante. Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s Services, he is also the promoter of the Mifi Community Youth Center (CCJM).
