The Boza chain of ice cream parlors, a producer of fresh rolled ice cream from selected raw materials from Kibbutz Sasa, presents an ice cream based on the popular dessert dish – “Knapa ice cream”.

Knapa ice cream is an interpretation of the beloved and typical dessert dish of the Galilee villages that originates from Turkish and Syrian cuisine and has gained great popularity among the Israeli public in recent years and has become one of the most requested dessert dishes in Israel.

Knapa ice cream is sold in Boza ice cream chain branches (5 branches).

The price of a scoop of ice cream is 16 NIS, 2 scoops are 19 NIS, 3 scoops are 23 NIS (in a cup or glass).

Today, the “Boza” factory produces over 100 flavors of ice cream, while at the same time in each of the chain’s branches, about 20 to 24 different flavors are sold, and every week there are innovations and updates and additions of ice creams with new flavors.

Recently, the “Boza” company also combined pastries that have not yet been seen in Israel in combination with ice creams such as: Belgian waffle boat, mini pancakes, ice cream cookies and the Samboza – a warm brioche bun with ice cream.
