Hapoel Tel Aviv is looking for a foreign reinforcement for the defense: The Sport Channel learned for the first time that the Serbian defender, Nikola Marjanovic, landed to make an impression at the Reds’ training camp. After holding talks with him for the past week and a half, the defender will get the first minutes in the training match against the Serbian Vivodina, after which it will be decided whether to join to the group.
Marjanovic (21, 1.85 meters, 79 kg) participated in 19 games and played 1458 minutes in the Serbian Proletar uniform, which finished in 16th and last place. Also, made four appearances in the youth teams of Serbia. Marjanovic has one goal in his career, in -2020/21 in a Broadratz uniform up to the age of 19.
At the same time, the Reds are expected to add an Israeli left defender in place of Doron Leidner and are examining the market to fill the gap as soon as possible.
