The CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation) was not proactive in stopping the manipulation of the results of soccer matches and the scandal could be the biggest in the history of sports in the country, said the ICC rapporteur ( Parliamentary Commission of Investigation) of Sports Betting, deputy Felipe Carreras.
