Also known as ‘Gimpy-Gimpy’. This name is given by people from Queensland region of Australia. This plant can grow up to a maximum height of 33 feet. This plant flowers and fruits when it is 10 feet tall. Its leaves are heart shaped. 12-22 cm long and 11-18 cm wide.
The thorns of this plant can give people a feeling of electric shock. It may also feel like a boiling liquid. It seems to start in a few hours and go on for months. Especially if the needle hits the body, the pain will be mild at first. But the pain will increase in next 20 to 30 minutes. Its severity seems to vary from person to person.
