There is no celebration worth its salt without a bottle of cava, champagne, cider, or a beer, we love its bubbles. Bubbles are spheres inside which a gas is housed. In some drinks, such as beer, the gas bubbles remain, forming a thick upper layer that we call foam. However, in cava and champagne, the bubbles tend to hatch earlier and the foam is less persistent.
