“Dear Valentín. I want to share the joy we have in Chile, in the Government and in the music world for this well-deserved award that was given to you today. What you have given to Chile throughout your career is infinite,” said the president.
Moments later, Trujillo expressed his impressions after receiving the award: “The emotion is very strong, but the emotion is rich. My first thanks to the honorable jury that estimated that my career and My musical and social commitment deserve to be included in this award”.
