Famous Bollywood actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar have starred in tobacco and spice commercials. In the face of strong opposition, Akshay Kumar only apologized to the fans and canceled his contract with the companies he had signed with.
Tamanna Haseem from Mumbai is suing actors Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgan in the Mumbai High Court. They have acted in drug advertisements that mislead the youth and are involved in activities that are harmful to the society. They are misleading fans who believe what they say. Therefore, action should be taken against them, said Tamanna Hashim in the petition of the case.
