In an attempt to return to routine, CTA, the organization behind the world’s largest electronics show, announced over the weekend that the show will take place this year from 5 to 8 January – in a hybrid manner.

Due to the corona the CES 2021 exhibition was held only virtually, however according to this CTA it was a wide success and attracted 100,000 viewers, also since many contents were available online until a month later. Therefore, this year it will also take place in a similar format, but will also return to routine with the physical exhibition.

At CES 2022, more than 1,600 companies were registered to come and present their wares in Las Vegas, a large part of which are start-ups. Because of this, the organizing committee expects a significant increase in the number of spectators, along with a very large number of visitors to the physical exhibition – even if not in quantities in the years before the Corona.

“People have told us that they lacked the amazing interactions that just can’t be replicated online. Attendees come to the conference with one goal in mind: to run into someone and come up with a new idea, customer or business partner,” she said. Karen Chopka, Chair of the exhibition’s organizing committee.

The CES 2022 exhibition will be open to the public at a cost starting at $ 100 per ticket and to enter it is necessary to prove a vaccine against the corona virus.
