Very early this Tuesday, July 2, 2024, there were around a hundred people gathered for the launch of the reprofiling work on the Didi-Korèkorè section.

Several people were present at this launching ceremony including the president of the special delegation of the rural commune of Didi, women, local authorities and youth.
The distance between Didi and Korèkorè is 4 km. “We are very happy with the presence of the president of the special delegation and his team this Tuesday morning. Our road is completely degraded, if the mayor takes charge of this, we are overwhelmed with joy. These are the kinds of people that the President of the Republic, His Excellency General Mamady Doumbouya must help in these civic actions,” said Thiam, president of the Bouré-Korèkorè district.

In the same vein, the president of the special delegation of the rural commune of Didi says he is ready to support the President of the Republic, His Excellency General Mamady Doumbouya in his spirit of reconstruction.
“After the works of Bouré-Nafadji and Bouré-Fnabala, we are this morning on the Didi and Korèkorè section. Community development is our priority. The populations are experiencing many difficulties. We will continue to increase the number of works operations until the total satisfaction of our populations,” explained Karamo Touré.
For his part, Sékou Konaté, vice-mayor of the rural commune of Didi, expressed himself in these terms: “We have come to help our different communities without distinction, we are ready to support our champion president General Mamadi Doumbouya in his spirit of rebuilding the State. The commune of Didi will continue to increase its community aid,” he suggested.
The latest news is that the section between Didi and Korèkorè was impassable 20 years ago. And the people of this locality are in immense joy today.
