Actress Angelina Jolie is accusing her ex-husband Brad Pitt of pushing her hard and suffocating one of their children during a flight in 2016. The allegations were revealed as part of documents that Jolie submitted to the court as part of a counterclaim she is leading against her ex-husband.
According to the accusations, on that infamous flight, as a result of which an investigation was opened against Brad Pitt in the USA, Pitt strangled one of the children and grabbed his then-wife’s head, while their shared children were watching what was happening, some of them were crying and trying to ask him to stop.
According to the lawsuit, Pete, who was apparently drunk, allegedly poured beer and wine on the children, and his wife, who tried to stop him, grabbed him from behind. Brad Pitt is accused by Jolie of throwing her hard away from him, causing injuries to her back and elbow.

“The children rushed inside and tried bravely to protect each other,” said the prosecution documents published in the British tabloid pagesix. “Before it was over, Pete choked one of the kids and hit the other in the face. Some of the kids begged him to stop. They were all scared and most of them were crying.”
As mentioned, an investigation was opened against Pitt following that flight, but the authorities decided not to press charges against the actor.
It should be noted that in the past Jolie handed the authorities photos of the injuries she sustained on the flight in question.

In recent years, Brad Pitt admitted that he underwent a process of rehab from drugs and alcohol.
Pitt’s representative told CNN that the allegations were “absolutely false,” and Pitt himself later released an official statement saying: “Her story continues to evolve each time she tells it with new and unsubstantiated allegations. Brad has accepted responsibility for what he did but will not accept responsibility for Things he didn’t do. The accusations are completely untrue.”
Angelina Jolie’s lawsuit was filed as a response to Brad Pitt’s lawsuit against Jolie a few months ago regarding the sale of her share of their castle in France.
