Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko said recently (Sunday) in an interview with the AP news agency that he is “proud of the spirit of his citizens” and also “concerned about how long they can last.”
Asked if there were any plans to evacuate civilians from the city if the Russians succeeded in capturing the city, Klitschko replied that “we can not do that, because all roads are blocked.”
