The ruins of houses are now surrounded by debris as a result of repeated Russian attacks. “It was a peaceful city until Russian war criminals razed it to the ground,” Maringa police officer Artem Shuz said, “The city of Maringa has been completely destroyed. The army has created an environment where civilians cannot live there.
Not a single building was there without damage. All the civilians in the city were completely evacuated by the military administration and police officials. It is impossible to live there in today’s environment,” he said.
