basic requirements

Academic education (bachelor’s degree), master’s degree preferred.

3 years of experience in one or more of the following fields (2 years of experience for master’s degree holders):

  • Management or concentration of complex and multi-interface projects
  • Experience in the professional field of the unit: in the field of employment and placement, in the field of training or working with excellent populations
  • Experience in the professional field of promoting occupational diversity.

Additional desired skills:

  • Good familiarity with the public sector, with an emphasis on the civil service
  • Familiarity or experience working with diverse populations
  • Good familiarity with training and leadership programs in the public and third sectors
  • Experience in placement processes and occupational counseling
  • High harnessing and driving capabilities
  • High capabilities of working in wide interfaces and complex systems
  • High abilities to work in a team, including in intensive work
  • High organizational skills including time management under conditions of load and pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Representativeness and a high sense of service
  • Good familiarity with the world of social networks
