The coach of the Syrian men’s national football team, Hector Cuper, announced the list of players In which our national team will play the two friendly matches against Thailand and Bahrain on the twenty-fifth and twenty-eighth of this month.

The list included the players Ibrahim Alama, Ahmed Madaniah, Maxim Sarraf, Thaer Kroma, Amr Midani, Abdullah Al-Shami, Faris Arnaout, Saad Ahmed, Amr Janiyat, Khaled Kurdghali, Abdul Rahman Weiss, Fahd Al-Youssef, Kamel Hamisha, Simon Amin, Oliver Qusko, Muhammad Anz, Muhammad Rihaniyya, Mulham Babouli, Muhammad Othman, Mahmoud Al-Mawas, Ammar Ramadan, Muhammad Al-Marmour and Muhammad Al-Marmour. On the other hand, during a press conference held today at the Sheraton Hotel in Damascus, the new coach of our national team, Hector Cuper, said: I will work to find the required balance with the national team players, and I will provide all my coaching experience to develop the Syrian national team, and the door will be open to all players and anyone who proves his worth.

Hector continued: The next stage is an intense work stage during which we will analyze the performance of Syrian players around the world to include the best, and we need time to achieve the goal of the strategy that we will work on.

Hector expressed his admiration for the Syrian player and the fighting spirit with which he plays on the field, through the matches he watched during the previous period, calling on everyone to stand behind the national team in the coming period to achieve what we aspire to.

In turn, the head of the Football Association, Salah Ramadan, pointed out the importance of contracting with the foreign coach, as he will work without pressure in terms of selecting players and applying his training strategy without interference.
