Supporters of the white march from the candidates’ collective are called upon to prepare for the rest of the movement. On Monday, demonstrators headed towards the Ambohimahitsy roundabout, under the leadership of candidates Hajo Andriananainarivelo and Roland Ratsiraka. The march started at the Ampasapito roundabout and ended at the Ambohimahitsy roundabout. This time, no incidents or clashes or even less intervention by the police were recorded.

Parallel to this movement of the collective of candidates, the electoral campaign continues for two main candidates, namely Andry Rajoelina, candidate No. 3 and Siteny Randrianasoloniaiko, candidate No. 13 who deviated from the collective of candidates to “not let the outgoing president to go it alone.” The outgoing president actually went to Manakara recently while the president of the African Judo Confederation held a meeting in Fianarantsoa.
