The Colmobil Group acquires the Israeli company Enerpoint, which specializes in solar energy. This is part of the group’s strategy to expand its activities to the areas of renewable energy. The transaction is carried out at a value of approximately NIS 160 million to Enerpoint and is subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent, including the receipt of regulatory approvals.
As part of the agreement, Colmobil will acquire 100% of Unpoint, which has been active in the field of renewable energy in Israel for about 12 years, with an emphasis on solar energy solutions for the domestic and commercial sectors.
