Film star Kalidas Jayaram and others were detained at a hotel in Munnar after the film production company failed to pay the bill. He was detained for not paying room rent and restaurant bill of more than Rs 1 lakh. The team reached Munnar for the shooting of the Tamil web series. The construction company paid the fixed amount after a discussion with the Munnar police. The problem was solved with the assurance that the rest of the money would be paid before it was returned. Kalidas Jayaram returned from the spot before the police arrived. You can see the video report.
