It is legally binding for professionals and individuals from January 1, 2024, but it has also been the credo since 2018 of the company Alchimistes Occitera, based in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), which it collects waste from professionals and the community, by truck or bicycle, within a radius of 20 to 30 kilometers. Building on the receipt of public contracts three years ago, it has just acquired a new compost site in the north of the Pink City to continue its development on a large scale.
