The company, which was bought for about 130 million dollars from the previous owners – Naftali Bennett and his partners, became a subsidiary of the ‘Osharion’ company which decided to dissolve the company it currently owns as part of the process of streamlining and reducing the company’s manpower.
The company’s vice president, John Leonard, explained that the move was made after thought, and it is not an easy one for the management: “The decision to close the offices in Tel Aviv and say goodbye to the team that has contributed greatly to the long-term success of our company is not an easy one.”
“The team at Soluto has been an important part of our growth and our success since the company was purchased in 2013,” added the vice president of the Osharion company.
The CEO of Solto, which is disbanding, said: “It is with great regret that we had to inform all the staff working with us at Soluto today of Ashurion’s decision to close the Israeli development center.
“For me personally, this is a particularly difficult moment. We are committed to making every effort to support and help each and every one find an excellent workplace that will benefit from their abilities and skills.”
