The CRM giant Salesforce today launched EinsteinGPT – the Generative AI technology (creative artificial intelligence) in combination with the world’s first CRM that provides content created using artificial intelligence for every interaction in all departments of the organization from sales, service, marketing, e-commerce and large-scale information systems. With the help of Einstein GPT, Salesforce’s CRM system will change the entire customer experience.

According to the company, Einstein GPT injects into Salesforce’s proprietary artificial intelligence models Generative AI technology that comes from a system of partners, and real-time CRM data from Salesforce’s data cloud that captures and unifies all of the company’s customer data. Using Einstein GPT, customers are expected to be able to plug this data into existing AI models or import their own external model.

For example, Einstein GPT can create emails with personalized texts for sales people to send to customers, create specific answers for customer service people to help them answer the customer faster, generate targeted content for marketing people to increase campaign conversion rates, or generate code automatically.

Also, Salesforce announced that Salesforce Ventures, the company’s global investment arm, is establishing a creative artificial intelligence fund.
