Although women’s rights are recognized in international agreements, such as the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the Council of Europe on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Disabilities and, also, in the Spanish legal system (Law or law against sexual violence of 2014), currently, women and girls with mental health problems continue to suffer discrimination, discrimination and discrimination based on sex in many areas, especially in social, work, health and education levels.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”128445″ img_size=”full” onclick=”link_image” css=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Through this study, the aim is to develop a qualitative and quantitative analysis in several areas on the rights of women and girls with mental health problems, with a systematic and comprehensive approach and a gender perspective. The causes of the origin will be served represent the invisible reality of these women and girls, and promote social change according to their needs and rights. At this stage, Confederation opens two ways to get information, anonymity and confidentiality, and encourage dissemination among the population groups under study.
