Cleaning works have already been carried out on the site – old wooden buildings, tin garages and fencing have been dismantled, municipal and construction waste has been collected and removed. Installation of the water supply and sewage system as well as the structure was also carried out. The value of the works performed is PLN 400,000. euro.
The sports complex, whose construction costs EUR 3.763 million, will have a universal sports hall with an area of 1,517 square meters, which will be adapted to play volleyball, handball, indoor football and basketball. There will also be rooms for exercise, martial arts and aerobics, changing rooms and rest rooms.
You will be able to actively spend time outdoors and exercise on many sports fields: football, basketball, tennis, beach volleyball, there will also be a mini golf course, a skate park and an open-air gym. There will also be a playground for children.

Pedestrian paths will appear around the sports complex, trees will be planted, a car park (44 parking spaces), etc.
Construction works will be carried out in two stages. In the first stage of construction, a sports building is designed in the south-eastern part of the plot, entrance to the plot from the south side from ul. St. Faustyna, pedestrian paths, a car park under construction and cleaning works carried out on the plot.
In the second stage of construction, sports fields, a mini golf course, a skate park, paths, a playground for children, an outdoor gym, electrical networks, etc. will be built.
It is planned that the works will be carried out for two years, but it is possible to extend this period to 12 months.
