The picture of the newcomers to the finals of the Israel Senior Tennis Championship that will be held tomorrow (Friday) in Ra’anana has been determined. For women, the first ranked in the Shavit Kimchi tournament qualified for the final after a victory over young Mika Buchnik 5:7 6:3 2:6, in the final she will meet Mika Dagan Fruchtman who defeated Nicole Nedel 5:7 1:6.
For the men, Roy Ginat qualified for the final after Daniel Zuckerman had to withdraw due to a back injury in a situation of 1:6 1:0 in his favor, he will meet Idan Leshem who beat Alon Elia 3:6 0:6.
In the women’s doubles title, Mika Buchnik and Elian Zak won after Nicole Nadel and Mika Dagan-Fruchtman had to retire due to Nadel’s back injury. Raz Habib and Oral Kimchi won the men’s doubles title after defeating Jordan Hasson and Lior Goldenberg 5:7 4:6.
