Renault has begun accepting orders in Russia for the Kaptur crossover in the new Intense configuration. This was reported on November 1 by the press service of Renault.
The Renault Kaptur Intense version is available in a two-tone paint job – an orange metallic body (Orange Atakama) with a black or silver roof. In addition, white (non-metallic), red, blue, silver and dark gray body colors are combined with a contrasting roof.
The car is equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, side mirror covers in carbon look, and branded nameplates with the inscription Intense are located on the fenders.
The crossover in the Intense version received a TCe150 turbo engine in combination with a variator, as well as a 1.6 liter engine paired with a variator or a manual transmission.
The list of equipment includes climate control, a rear-view camera, rear parking sensors and a Bose audio system with six speakers, an amplifier and a subwoofer.
Front-wheel drive version of the Kaptur Intense with a 1.6 liter engine. paired with a manual transmission or a variator is offered for 1,385,000 and 1,445,000 rubles, respectively.
The Intense version with a ТСе150 turbo engine in combination with a variator, front or all-wheel drive is available at a price of 1,555,000 rubles and 1,635,000 rubles, respectively.
On May 7, it was reported that Renault intends to become the industry leader in the transition to alternative energy sources.
By 2030, nine out of 10 Renault vehicles on sale will be electrified. So, in 2025, seven electrified Renault models will be released in the C- and D-segments, including the new generation Arkana E-Tech Hybrid cross-coupe and Megane E-Tech Electric.
