The cost of tickets for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia has been announced

International Football Federation (FIFA) published table of ticket prices for the matches of the 2018 World Cup As in the two previous world championships – the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, special ticket prices are fixed for the citizens of the host country. There will be four categories on sale: the first category is tickets for seats in the central stands, the second is for seats on the edges of the central stands and stands behind the gates, the third is for seats in the stands outside the gates, and a special fourth category is only for Russian citizens.

The minimum ticket price for Russians will be 1280 rubles. The minimum ticket price for the opening match of the 2018 World Cup with the participation of the Russian national team will be 3200 rubles, for the 1/8 finals – 2240 rubles, for the quarterfinals – 3808 rubles, for the semifinals – 4480 rubles, for the match for third place – 3808 rubles. The cheapest ticket to the final match will cost a Russian fan 7040 rubles. In total, 350,000 tickets were allocated for the Russians, sales will begin after the Confederations Cup in 2017.

Tickets will cost more for foreign citizens. So, the cheapest ticket will cost $ 105 for them, and the final will cost at least $ 455.

The FIFA World Cup will be held in 2018 from June 14 to July 15 at 12 stadiums in 11 cities of Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don and Sochi.
