Istra Court of the Moscow Region of two more foreign citizens accused of attacking the Pyaterochka store in the Moscow region. The store clerk, beaten by the defendants, died on the spot.
“The court granted the request of the investigation and chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention for Khabibullo Mukhamadiev and Zafar Khudoykulov,” TASS was told in court. Earlier, the court took into custody Nazirkula Bobokulov and Akbarali Burkhonov. All four came to Russia from Tajikistan.
According to investigators, four men with wooden handles from an ax attacked a store in the village of Novopetrovskoye near Istra on the night of February 9. They stole 96 thousand rubles. and disappeared. A criminal case was initiated on robbery and grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim (part 4 of article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Nazirkula Bobokulov and Akbarali Burkhonov were in Russia without registration; all four defendants did not officially work anywhere. An interpreter was present at the court session, since not all defendants in the case can write in Russian.
