The Shcherbinsky court in Moscow has arrested all four participants in the attack on a man with a child in the new Moscow, the press service of the Moscow prosecutor’s office reports. They will remain in custody until January 5, 2022.
The defendants in the criminal case were charged with committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, item “a, c, g” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder committed against two persons, a minor, by a group of persons by prior conspiracy).
According to the investigation, a group of young people attacked two men, one of whom was carrying a young child, in the Novye Vatutinki microdistrict on November 4. After some time, the police reported that in connection with the incident, four natives of one of the Transcaucasian states, aged 17 to 19, were detained, three of whom have Russian citizenship. According to the child’s father, the attacker hit the boy on the cheek. “By their actions, the defendants have created a threat to the life and health of a young child,” said earlier in the TFR.
