The magistrate of the Court of Instruction number 5 of A Coruña has decreed the provisional dismissal and archiving of the proceedings opened following a complaint filed by the Real Club Deportivo de A Coruña against a person who served as economic-financial director of the club for the alleged commission of a crime of unfair administration and another crime of misappropriation. The judge does not consider that there is evidence of the commission of the crimes.
