Today, the Garadagh District Court did not grant the motion to release Zamin Salayev, an activist of the Azerbaijan People’s Front Party, to house arrest. Salayev has been on hunger strike for 52 days demanding his release.
Lawyer Nemat Karimli said that Salayev was taken to the court even though he was in a serious condition.
