The fourth section of the Provincial Court of A Coruña has ordered the Court of First Instance number 3 of Ferrol to process, in accordance with article 80 quater of the Voluntary Jurisdiction Law, the request for declaration of past events requested by three referred children to the death of his father from a gunshot wound while participating in a peaceful demonstration demanding social rights, on March 10, 1972 in Ferrol. At his request, as stated in the record, they accompanied, in addition to various certificates, journalistic news relating to the commemoration, in successive years after 1978, of the death of workers, among whom was his father, in demonstrations held during the Franco dictatorship. and that they were violently repressed….
