The Court of Murcia lowers the sentence in 21 of the 53 final sentences reviewed after LO 10/22, taking into account the retroactivity of the most favorable criminal law

The three sections of the Provincial Court of Murcia with criminal jurisdiction have issued to date 53 orders resolving the incidents of review of final convictions after the entry into force of LO 10/22 on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom, estimating that it is appropriate the reduction of the sentence imposed in 21 cases (40%) and dismissing it in the remaining 32 (60%), according to the data sent by the presidency of the Provincial Court to the Observatory against Domestic and Gender Violence.
