The Court of Seville denies reviewing the sentences imposed in the case of the ERE to two exalted officials of the Junta de Andalucía

The First Section of the Provincial Court of Seville has agreed to deny the review of the sentences imposed by sentence of November 19, 2019 (confirmed by Supreme Court sentence of September 13, 2022) to two former senior officials of the Junta de Andalucía sentenced to prison terms and disqualification for the ERE case after the requests presented in this regard by the defense of the former Minister of Economy Carmen MA and the former director general of the IDEA agency Miguel Ángel S., a request to which they had opposed so much the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office as the accusation brought by the PP-A.
